Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of a custom design? If you have artwork ready or if your design is something we believe can be sold on Luzandre (e.g., a cool illustration or unique graphic without personal names/photos), the design step will most likely be free. You just pay for the t-shirt. For completely personal design work, there is a small design fee of roughly $25, which will be confirmed during the consultation.
Can I upload my own design? Yes! We welcome your reference images and own designs. Reference image size is not critical. If you provide your own design, the maximum size we can print is 3603 x 4794px at 300dpi, i.e. 12 x 16″ (30.5 x 40.6cm). We prefer a good quality JPEG file, or alternatively a compressed PNG.
How long does the entire process take? In most cases, from design to delivery takes 10-14 business days. Typically, the first design will be provided to you within 2-3 days and if there are any further changes, an additional 1-2 days for each version of the design. Once the design is approved by you, the t-shirt will become available for ordering within 1-2 days. From time of order, printing and delivery takes about 5-7 business days.
