What is the cost of a custom design? If you have artwork ready or if your design is something we believe can be sold on Luzandre (e.g., a cool illustration or unique graphic without personal names/photos), the design step will most likely be free. You just pay for the garment. For completely personal design work, there is a small design fee of roughly $25, which will be confirmed before proceeding.

Can I upload my own design? Yes! We welcome your reference images and own designs. If your design is ready to print, upload it directly to desired garment and order straight away. If the image is a reference for us to design, then upload it via the form below. We prefer a good quality JPEG file, or alternatively a compressed PNG.
How long does the entire process take? In most cases, from design to delivery takes 10-14 days. Typically, the first design will be provided to you within 2-3 days and if there are any further changes, an additional 1-2 days for each version of the design. Once the design is approved by you, the item will become available for ordering within 1-2 days. From time of order, printing and delivery takes about 5-7 business days.
